- Has the ability to send Certified Documents and E-Mails, as well as,
view communications sent by him/herself. |

- Has the abilty to view ALL reports and activities, across ALL accounts

- Has the abilty to view All reports and activities under his/her OWN

- Has the ability to link his/her account to another account, making itself
a subsidiary account. Account linkage starts from level down and must be
initiated by the manager of the soon-to-be subsidiary account. |

- Has the ability to edit and/or remove linked accounts from itself. This is a
