Overview

Globalpex services are designed to help organizations of all sizes more effectively manage their most vital communications, both physical and electronic.

Currently, Globalpex offers Document Management, Content Certified Physical Mail, SafeLynx™ E-Mail, and Instant Messaging Center (IMC). Whether mailing sensitive documents via express courier, sending a purchase order to a vendor via e-mail, securely sharing large files with colleagues, or using IM to conduct a meeting with suppliers, Globalpex provides a means of verifying the content of these communications.

To make it easy to use and integrate our applications, we developed the Centralized Mail and Messaging Console (CMMC). The CMMC provides a unified platform from which our applications can be managed.

The CMMC is also the gateway to access a variety of management tools and reports. These aid in monitoring the use of services and provide a way to demonstrate compliance with company document handling policies and any applicable regulatory requirements.
