Edouard Zakarian, President and CEO

As co-founder, president and CEO, Ed is responsible for the overall vision and direction of Globalpex. He brings more than 10 years of technology management experience, as well as a history of highly successful entrepreneurial ventures.

In 2001, Ed co-founded and established Tech Search America, Inc., a national consulting firm that provides technology services for mid-to-large size organizations. Emphasizing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) customization, integration and custom application development, Tech Search America has become the preferred technology vendor for leading U.S. healthcare, financial and manufacturing firms.

Prior to that, Ed co-founded and served as president of Edart GTI, Inc., an international computer and telecommunications systems integration company located in Fort Lee, NJ. The firm focused on bridging gaps between US and foreign organizations by simplifying and integrating various communications technologies. With heavy concentration in Voice over IP and videoconferencing, the organization, under Ed’s leadership, became one of the leading integration specialists internationally and throughout US state and federal government agencies.


Serge Hairanian, Chief Technology Officer
CCNA, CCSA, CCSE, CSGE, CSGA, CFCE, RSA, NSA, MCSE

Serge leads the Globalpex technology development team and brings more than a decade of networking, security, application and product development expertise.

His deep background in Internet technologies and services makes him well suited to drive the company’s initiatives to deliver essential, easy-to-use tools that help organizations manage ever expanding volumes of critical business communications within today’s very litigious and highly regulated business environment.

Over the course of his career, Serge has implemented dozens of enterprise networks and led development teams that created Web-based infrastructures for customers in the telecommunications, legal, financial and government sectors.

Prior to Globalpex, he worked as a technology advisor to Kraft Kennedy & Lesser, a New York City-based consultancy that helps large law firms merge technologies such as document management into their everyday practices. He also held positions at Verizon Wireless’ network operations and security division, designing and securing Verizon’s national wireless network.

Serge graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelors of Science degree in computer science.


Marc Miller, Vice President, Sales and Marketing

Marc is responsible for sales development, corporate marketing strategy and communications at Globalpex. He brings more than 12 years of marketing and sales experience in a variety of industries.

Prior to joining the company, Marc served as director of marketing for J-M Manufacturing Company, the world’s largest producer of plastic pipe. In that role, he managed all marketing functions as well as retail sales, logistics and training.

Earlier in his career, he worked for H.B. Fuller Company, a leading maker of adhesives, sealants and coatings. He held a variety of positions while at the company in corporate strategy, marketing and product management. Marc also worked in the financial sector as an equities trader. His securities registrations included the Series 7, 63, and 55.

Marc holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Tulane University and an MBA from Michigan State University.
