There is no cost to sign up and customers may purchase services an a-la-carte basis, paying only for what they use. In addition, Globalpex does not issue maintenance or termination fees for its SaaS based offerings.

Accessing your Globalpex content and communications is easy from any computer with internet access. Simply log on to your Globalpex account with a valid user name and password. Once signed in, all document management content and communications are available for review through the Centralized Mail and Messaging Console (CMMC). In addition to accessing and managing existing work, new documents may be uploaded, SafeLynx™ E-Mails composed and sent, and instant messenger sessions reviewed, all from this one location.
Globalpex utilizes advanced encryption technologies to ensure the safety and security of your content certified communications. Data is backed up in real time on redundant servers through Amazon’s A3 cloud provisioning system. Beyond this, if you wish to receive a copy of any correspondence sent using Globalpex services, you can do so through the Centralized Mail and Messaging Console (CMMC). Whether a message sent via SafeLynx™ E-Mail or the scan of a document sent via content certified physical mail, you can add the additional redundancy of having a copy maintained in your own system.
Globalpex services are designed to work in conjunction with your existing systems. Globalpex offers a free print driver that allows you to send any file that can be printed via content certified physical mail.
