Registered users have access to all of the Globalpex services. There is no cost to sign up and customers pay for only the services they use. In addition, Globalpex does not issue maintenance or termination fees.

Globalpex utilizes the most advanced technology to retain and protect communications sent using our services. Top of the line EMC storage devices as well as Blade servers power Globalpex retention facilities. Proprietary systems ensure that correspondence is both secure and accessible. The primary storage center is housed within our Florida headquarters location. Globalpex also maintains a redundant site at an Equinix (EQIX) facility outside of Washington, DC.
Accessing your Globalpex content certified communications is easy from any computer with internet access. Simply log on to your Globalpex account with a valid user name and password. Once signed in, all communications are available for review through the Centralized Mail and Messaging Console (CMMC). In addition to accessing and managing existing work, new documents may be uploaded, certified e-mails composed and sent, and instant messenger sessions reviewed, all from this one location.
In addition to our Florida data center, Globalpex has a redundant site outside of Washington, DC at an Equinix (EQIX) facility. Data is retained and updated at both locations. Globalpex utilizes advanced encryption technologies to ensure the safety and security of your content certified communications. Beyond this, if you wish to receive a copy of any correspondence sent using Globalpex services, you can do so through the Centralized Mail and Messaging Console (CMMC). Whether a certified e-mail or the scan of a document sent via content certified physical mail, you can add the additional redundancy of having a copy maintained in your own system.
Globalpex services are designed to work in conjunction with your existing systems. Globalpex offers a free print driver that allows you to send any file that can be printed via content certified physical mail.
