Jeffrey Max
Jeffrey Max is CEO of Venda, Inc., the leading provider of on-demand eCommerce technology services to global manufacturers, distributors and retailers.
Jeff has more than 20 years experience in creating, growing and transitioning software and services companies. With an extensive background in financial services markets, he is well positioned to meet the challenges inherent in managing mission-critical, highly-transactional technology businesses.
Prior to joining Venda, Jeff was principal for PLR Advisors, which provides executive-level consulting to buy-side and sell-side financial service providers. Before PLR, he led the B2B Exchange business unit for OptiMark, Inc., a provider of advanced matching-engine and exchange technology.
Earlier in his career, Jeff founded and managed a software provider of risk-management solutions to the financial services sector. He was also a full-exchange member, trading on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
He received his Bachelor of Science degree in economics from the University of California.
Jonathan Nash
Mr. Nash joined DiMaio Ahmad Capital, an alternative investment management firm specializing in credit products, in June 2007 as Director Risk Management.
Prior to joining DiMaio Ahmad Capital, Mr. Nash worked for 5 years at ABN AMRO in Market Risk. He assumed the role of SVP, Head of Market Risk Analysis North America in October 2005.
Before that, he oversaw Market Risk for most of ABN AMRO’s North American fixed income operations, Mortgage Pipeline, Repo and Equity Sec Lending.
Mr. Nash received his BA from Columbia College in 1989 in Computer Science and his MBA from Columbia Business School in 1991. He has worked for various Wall Street firms including Credit Suisse First Boston and UBS, in fixed income research, sales and trading roles.
Dr. Abe Peled
Dr. Abe Peled has been a director of NDS Group plc and its president and CEO since 1995. In January 2006, he was appointed Chairman and CEO of NDS Group plc. The company, controlled by News Corp., provides technology solutions to pay-TV operators world-wide and is listed on the NASDAQ: NNDS.
In addition, Dr. Peled is a member of News Corporation’s Executive Management Committee and advises News Corp. with respect to various technology matters.
